Pet Boarding Agreement

Your dog must have a current vaccine record. Your dog must also have a current Bordatella vaccine. Your pet must have a vaccine AT LEAST 14 days prior to their stay with us. Without this vaccine, your dog will not be allowed in our facility.

We require a deposit of half your pets stay upon booking to

guarantee your pet’s reservation. The deposit will be deducted from your balance upon departure. If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 2 days in advance to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit. Your deposit will then go as credit to your next reservation.

Please check your drop off and pick up times when making your reservations and try to arrive within 15 minutes of set times. If you’re running late or if you decide to show up earlier than your set times, PLEASE LET US KNOW. We schedule our days around your set times. Any pickup or drop off outside of our normal business hours WILL need to be set up in advance and you will be charged a $20 fee.

No Sunday drop offs. You may pick up on Sunday between 4-5 PM.

Monday through Saturday pick up and drop off times are 9-11 AM and 4-6 PM.

CLOSED FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFFS ON HOLIDAYS AND YOU

WILL BE REQUIRED TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP THE DAY BEFORE OR

THE DAY AFTER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Absolutely no big beds with stuffing will be allowed into our facility during your pets stay. All kennel runs will have a comfortable cot for your pet to lay on.

We highly recommend that you bring your pets food to avoid an upset stomach from feeding a new food. It must be labeled with their name and feeding instructions. We do have food available at the kennel. We feed Purina ProPlan 30/20. To use our kennel food, there will be a daily charge of $5. If your pet is on ANY medication, it needs to be labeled and have clear written instructions. Oral medication

will be $5 a day. The use of the exercise yard is $10 a day per

household.
